Shipping policy

All items, with the exception of Elite Extensions and TYS Home Hair Care Kits, will take 5-8 business days to ship to customers. Because extensions are not in stock in store and some products may need to be ordered to fulfill kit purchases, the delivery takes longer and can be expected to receive in up to 14 business days. It is strongly encouraged for customers to purchase hair orders at least 2 weeks before installation to ensure delivery is on time.
